We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy and Exchange Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

 

Divinely Unique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT REFUND BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

 

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition ,your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Please reach out to us at info@bedivinelyunique.com  to start the exchange process. There will be a $5 re-stock fee on any returned item plus new shipping cost.

 

Please note, returns may take 7-10 business days to process from date of arrival (longer due to Covid 19). When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Divinely Unique  does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.

 

All sales on bodysuits and accessories are Final Sales.
